The aim of this project was to create a brand that expresses my personality. I was born in Galway and have always had a passion for coffee, expanding my understanding of the craft by finding part time work as a barista. This brand encompasses my love of Galway, coffee and design. Troika is a independent café born from a love of great coffee and close connection.
